[WPTT] Link Management Append parameters onto masked link and have them appended onto redirect URL, also pass organic keywords.

We’ve gained the ability to add _GET paramaters to our masked url.
These parameters will carry over the the redirect url. For example:

http://www.wptraffictools.com/go/parameter-example+test=1

Will redirect to:

http://www.yahoo.com/?test=1

We also now have the ability to use our keyword monitoring systems
and append the discovered keyword associated with the visitor
onto the redirect url. For example:

http://www.wptraffictools.com/go/parameter-keyword-example+query=%25keyword_query%25

Will redirect to:

http://www.yahoo.com/?query=The+Keyword+Arrived+On

The masked link with keywordtoken is not very pretty, as you may can tell.
But it is functional!
If you have suggestions on how to make it prettie leave it as a comment below.
I’ve some ideas but you might have some better ones
and I wait to hear from you.
